Agi

Each week, you will have the opportunity to see the faces of real people that you are helping to make real changes for. Though poverty and brokenness are detrimental in the inner city of Los Angeles, there are ways that you can help countless families and individuals get their lives restored- block by block.

Agi - Helped by Adopt-A-Block

Originally from Hungary, Agi moved to Los Angeles from Montreal, Quebec, Canada 30 years ago. She now lives with her nephew in a Skid Row SRO Hotel. Although they face challenges on a daily basis, Agi and her nephew have been helped by the volunteers of The Dream Center, who go out with Adopt-A-Block and have made a difference in their lives. “I’ve gotten to know them,” Agi says. “They’re all very nice people. They help us a lot.”

This story is one of many lives that are being helped by The Dream Center. Your giving helps make this possible.

Make A Difference.
